Kayak & Raft Learning Session:

HRG Kayak and Raft Guide orientation and Skill training session is lunching for 10 days from 15 june -25 June 2012. Interested any of girls please do contact in contact address below.

There are limited sit available. 
 Very legend Nepalese girls kayak instructors will be the trainer. Ms Sita and Ms Anu, Ms Ritu and more  are on schedule for this mission. 

Location : Lower Bhote Koshi 

Cost        : only entry fees   

Duration : 10 days                                                

Kayak & Raft Guide Course Outline:

-equipment intro and uses  

-wet exit and self rescue

-T-rescue 

- Raft guiding skill and safety 

-basic paddling stroke

-eddy in/out

-ferry glide   

-river running skill

-Eskimo Roll

Others service :

Camping accommodation, meals, yoga retreat,
