HRG Kayak clinic, learning session is lunching for 4 days from 8-11 April as fixed departure as there are already 2  girls joining. There are 2 more sits available. Very legend two of the Nepali Lady Kayak Instructors Ms Sita and Ms Anu are on schedule for this mission.

-equipment intro and uses  

-wet exit and self rescue

-T-rescue

-basic paddling stroke

-eddy in/out

-ferry glide   

-river running skill

-Eskimo Roll

Others:

Camping accommodation, meals, yoga retreat, campfire and entertainment.
