HRG Kayak clinic, learning session is lunching for 4 days from 8-11 April as fixed departure as there are already 2  girls joining. There are 2 more sits available. Very legend two of the Nepali Lady Kayak Instructors Ms Sita and Ms Anu are on schedule for this mission.

-equipment intro and uses  

-wet exit and self rescue

-T-rescue

-basic paddling stroke

-eddy in/out

-ferry glide   

-river running skill

-Eskimo Roll

Camping accommodation, meals, yoga retreat, campfire and entertainment.

हिमालयन एडभेन्चर रिभर गर्ल्स क्लबमा यहाहरुलाई स्वागत छ/ यस सस्था नेपालका युवा महिलाहरुलाई राफ्टिंग र कायाकिंगमा लाग्न सहयोग पुरयाउने उद्धेश्यले स्थापना गरिएको सस्था हो/ राफ्टिंग पर्यटन ब्यबसायको लागि एउटा ठूलो सम्भावना बोकेको खेल गतिबिधि हो/ नेपालमा व्यावसायिक राफ्टिंग र कायाकिंग  बिगत तीन दसकभन्दा पनि बढी भैसकेको छ/ यद्धपि, महिलाहरुको व्यावसायिक संग्लाग्नाता भने सन् २००८ बाट हिमालयन एडभेन्चर नेपाली गर्ल्सको शुरुवात सगै हुन थालेको हो.
